Systemhouse founder buys back firm

IT security specialist Dermot Williams is finalising a deal to acquire the assets of his former firm, Systemhouse, to launch a new venture offering similar services. Williams is finalising the contract for sale with the liquidator of Systemhouse, David van Dessel of Kavanagh Fennell.
