Dublin medical technology firm acquired by US company

BiancaMed, the Dublin developer of contactless technology that measures breathing during sleep, has been acquired by a US company for an undisclosed sum.

Under the terms of the agreement, ResMed, a Californian manufacturer of medical equipment for respiratory ailments, has acquired all of BiancaMed’s shares for cash.
