Cabot buys XRS division
Debt collection firm Cabot Financial has acquired a division of XRS, a Dublin company specialising in credit management software.
Cabot will create a new Credit Union Services division on foot of the deal with XRS, which has developed proprietary credit management and recoveries software used by 60 credit unions, as well as banks and telcos.
