€1.2m Ecocem deal for Vayu

Irish energy firm Vayu has signed a €1.2 million deal with Ecocem, a producer of environment-friendly cement.

Under the one-year contract, Vayu will supply green electricity to Ecocem's grinding plant in Dublin, where raw material is dried, ground and turned into cement. The facility uses 3,800KW of power per hour.
