New Teknomining board may take its case to corporate watchdog
The new board of Irish mining company Teknomining is "considering its position" with regards to "submitting its observations" to the ODCE, according to a spokesman.
The new board of Irish mining company Teknomining is "considering its position" with regards to "submitting its observations" to the Office of the Director of Corporate Enforcement (ODCE), according to a spokesman for the company.
Trading in the shares of the company were suspended in recent weeks after the new board released a statement saying that announcements made by the previous board about Teknomining's reserves and resources were "misleading and inaccurate".
