New start-ups chosen for hot-housing
Sixteen new start-ups have been selected for LaunchPad and GamePad accelerator programmes, writes Philip Connolly.
Anumber of Ireland's most promising young companies have clinched hundreds of thousands of euro in investment, after landing places at two of Ireland's top accelerator programmes.
The National Digital Research Centre (NDRC) LaunchPad programme and Wayra, backed by telecoms giant Telefonica, are pumping more than €600,000 in investment into close to 40 indigenous companies.
