New SCS president

Derry Scully, managing partner of the Bruce Shaw Partnership, the largest quantity-surveying practice in Ireland, is the new president of the Society of Chartered Surveyors, Ireland's largest construction and property industry body.

Scully succeeds Des Byrne, a partner at Druker Fanning.
