A new scheme of three and four-bedroom houses in the Wicklow village of Rathdrum has gone on sale through Savills Hamilton Osborne King and HJ Byrne.
Viewmount is being built by McInerney Homes, and the first units are now for sale off the plans, with showhouses scheduled to open in the autumn.
In total, there will be 102 houses in the development, which is 36 miles from Dublin and on the Rosslare-Dublin train line.
