Mafic Ireland Limited is to create 70 jobs over the next three years with a multi-million euro investment in a new basalt fibre production facility in Kells, Co. Meath.

The investment by the Luxembourg based company will take place under the Succeed-in-Ireland Initiative, a programme administered by ConnectIreland under the management of IDA Ireland. The programme attempts to link in with the Irish diaspora to bring investment and jobs to Ireland.
