New outlook for Mullingar scheme

Bennett has submitted new plans for the Central development in the Blackhall area of Mullingar, Co Westmeath.

Bennett has submitted new plans for the Central development in the Blackhall area of Mullingar, Co Westmeath. The original plans for the €200 million scheme were turned down by An Bord Pleanala in September.

The new design provides for 58 retail outlets, three anchor stores, 33 apartments, offices and close to 1,500 car parking spaces (most of which will be underground).
