The Galway Clinic, one of the country’s largest private hospitals, has recruited a new management team in an effort to turn around the hospital’s financial performance.

The Galway Clinic, one of the country’s largest private hospitals, has recruited a new management team in an effort to turn around the hospital’s financial performance.

Pairic Bergin, a former executive with ESB International, has been appointed chief executive of the clinic in recent weeks. The move comes shortly after the clinic laid off 18 staff members as part of a series of financial cuts.
