Knight Frank has placed an advised minimum value, or AMV, of €700,000 on two semi-detached, three-bedroom mews-style houses in Monkstown Farm in south Dublin, which were built in 2008 but never sold due to the economic downturn.

The agent will auction the two houses by public auction on Thursday, November 23 at 2.30pm at its offices on Upper Pembroke Street in Dublin 2, (unless previously sold).
