The Belmont development mixes house styles to break the monotony associated with the traditional housing estate

Sherry FitzGerald New Homes is handling the sale at a new launch of 25 family homes and a new show village at Belmont in Stepaside, Dublin 18 this weekend.

Belmont came under construction in 2013 under New Generation Homes and was one of the first new housing projects to be built in Ireland since the recession kicked in in 2007/2008.

The scheme proved popular with buyers and more than 130 properties have been sold to date.
