Pharmacy chain Sam McCauley is to invest €5million in five stores over the next 12 months, creating 20 new jobs.

Pharmacy chain Sam McCauley is to invest €5million in five stores over the next 12 months, creating 20 new jobs.

As part of an expansion strategy announced last week, the investment will go towards three new stores in Glasthule in Dublin, Carrick-on-Suir in Tipperary and Davis Road in Clonmel, Co Tipperary.

The group also plans to expand existing outlets in Poppyfield Shopping Centre in Clonmel and Kilkenny Shopping Centre in Loughboy.
