Knightstone Construction is launching the first phase of 52 three and four-bedroom homes this weekend at Golden Ridge, a new scheme in the seaside village of Rush in north Co Dublin.

Designed by Whelan Corcoran Smith architects, the scheme comprises two-storey traditional-style houses situated on the Skerries Road, a short walk from the village’s main street and close to the strand.
