New Co Clare holiday home scheme with tax breaks

Investors seeking a tax-designated holiday home may be interested in Dún Brendáin, a development of Section 23-type holiday cottages in the spa town of Lisdoonvarna, Co Clare.

There are 16 houses in the scheme, all of which extend to 111 square metres, and two house types are available.

Both house types are priced at €265,000, inclusive of fit-out to Bord Fáilte four-star standard, but exclusive of Vat, which is reclaimable.
