The head of a new Irish centre for entrepreneurship knows more than most the value of learning from experience.
Breda Kenny established Surecom Network Solutions with her husband, Jim, in 2006, launching the venture in their daughter's bedroom in Cahir, Co Tipperary.
Eight years on, the company, which provides engineering services to the telecoms sector, employs 60 people at its Dublin headquarters and an overseas office in Greece.
