New 100 per cent mortgages will help boost the sale of Irish residential mortgages to a new record of over €20 billion this year, mortgage brokers have forecast.

The Independent Mortgage Advisers Federation (IMAF), which sells one in every four new mortgages, said that the value of new mortgages will rise by 17 per cent this year.
