Liam Neeson is to make his debut for the Gate Theatre in New York this summer. He will join fellow Academy Award nominee Ralph Fiennes and Irish actor and Beckett interpreter Barry McGovern, who have all been confirmed to headline the Lincoln Center Festival 2008.

The Gate Theatre will present Gate/Beckett - a series of Samuel Beckett’s works adapted for the stage - during the 12-day festival from July 16. The actors will perform three monologues...
