Nearly €40m in sales at Allsop's auction
Strong prices were realised at the most recent Allsops Space auction, with commercial properties dominating the sales, writes Donal Buckley.
Commercial properties dominated last week’s Allsop Space auction where 131 properties sold for a total of €38.5 million.
Five properties sold under the hammer at prices ranging from ���1.4 million and interestingly some of the keenest reserves were seen for regional properties, while a Dublin pub sold at a yield of more than 24 per cent.
