NCR Irish subsidiary paid $160m dividend to parent company

The Irish subsidiary of NCR, a US multinational that manufactures ATMs, paid a dividend of $160 million to its parent company in 2006.

The Irish subsidiary of NCR, a US multinational that manufactures ATMs, paid a dividend of $160 million to its parent company in 2006.

NCR Global Holdings paid the dividend after increasing its turnover by $100 million to $1.4 billion during the year, according to new company filings.

The Dublin-registered company returned a $257 million dividend to its US parent in 2005.
