NCH tunes up for busiest year yet

The National Concert Hall (NCH) is expecting its busiest year yet, with audience figures so far this year up 8 per cent on 2004.

The National Concert Hall (NCH) is expecting its busiest year yet, with audience figures so far this year up 8 per cent on 2004.

Last year was one of the busiest since the hall opened in 1981, with attendances of 300,000 at more than 400 concerts. The NCH is hoping turnover will top €5 million this year, with audiences at more than 80 per cent of capacity.
