NCH facilities

The management and board of the National Concert Hall need a wake-up call.

The function of a concert hall is to provide concerts and whatever other essential basic human needs are necessary, such as toilets. The women's toilet at the NCH is totally inadequate and women have to queue outside. This is disgraceful and unnecessary.
