Nationwide parade of auctions on the way

Total value of property lots going under the hammer in the next month is €53.5 million

Auction activity looks set to reach fever pitch in the next three weeks as more than seven auctioneers will offer 278 property lots with combined values totalling more than €53.5 million.

The latest auctioneer to enter the national bumper auction fray is DTZ Sherry FitzGerald, which will auction 43 lots with a combined total value of €8.8 million at Leopardstown Racecourse on October 29. Lots include 21 houses in Dublin, Kildare, Carlow, Laois and Offaly. Vacant...
