National Irish Bank (NIB) is conducting a restructuring of its operation, which will see it move away from having four regions around the country with their own management teams. The new structure will be based on a national basis without any regional managers.

According to a spokesman for the bank, resources are being re-allocated on the basis of how and where they are needed.
