Nama to square off against boxing promoter in court

Nama, the state's bad bank, has launched legal proceedings against Brian Peters, the boxing promoter who brought a number of world championship bouts to Dublin.

Nama, the state's bad bank, has launched legal proceedings against Brian Peters, the boxing promoter who brought a number of world championship bouts to Dublin.

The state agency is seeking summary judgment against Peters and his brother Colum in the High Court. The case was lodged last week, with Nama retaining the law firm Beauchamps to handle the case.
