The National Asset Management Agency (Nama) is to invest €3 million to fund urgent construction works in a number of ghost estates, that are linked to loans held by the agency.
Work is expected to start on these within six to eight weeks and will include the completion of abandoned construct ion works, incomplete sewerage facilities and road works.
