NAMA supports KBC petition for Treasury wind up

The legal team for NAMA has told the High Court that the agency is supporting KBC's petition to wind up Treasury Holdings following Treasury founder Richard Barrett's acquisition of assets related to the group.

NAMA's legal team has told the High Court that the agency is supporting KBC's petition to wind up Treasury Holdings.

The legal team for NAMA has told the High Court that the agency is supporting KBC's petition to wind up Treasury Holdings following Treasury founder Richard Barrett's acquisition of assets related to the group.

The deal was announced overnight and the businesses provide operation, marketing and property management services to Treasury China Trust (TCT), a company quoted on the Singaporean stock exchange. Barrett and his partner Johnny Ronan own 30 per cent of TCT.
