UPDATE: Green REIT and Kennedy Wilson have paid just over €310 million for Nama’s Central Park in Leopardstown, edging out Blackstone, according to a report.

Green REIT and Kennedy Wilson have paid just over €310 million for Nama’s Central Park in Leopardstown, edging out Blackstone, according to a report.

Green REIT is expected to take the office component and Kennedy Wilson will acquire the multi-family blocks and development, with Green REIT to be financed by PIMCO, according to the report on commercial real estate website CoStar News.
