Nama has stepped up its legal campaign against debtors by launching proceedings seeking judgments of more than Euro 500 million in the first quarter of the year.

The National Asset Management Agency (Nama) has stepped up its legal campaign against debtors by launching proceedings seeking judgments of more than €500 million in the first quarter of the year.

High Court data reveals that over the course of this year the agency has issued 49 sets of legal proceedings, of which the majority are summary judgment cases, as it accelerates its wind-down.
