A senior executive of the National Assets Management Agency (Nama) has described the “lavish” lifestyle of developer Derek Quinlan as “unacceptable”.

Speaking in London’s High Court, Paul Hennigan said that despite Quinlan being a Nama debtor and not having enough assets to meet debts, he was still pursuing a lavish lifestyle at the expense of the Irish taxpayer.
