McCabe Builders, one of the country's biggest building firms, is locked in talks with the National Asset Management Agency (Nama) about its asset disposal strategy.
The move comes after the state agency pushed through the sale of a half built residential site in Britain owned by McCabe Builders.
Nama, chaired by Frank Daly, is now attempting to push through more asset sales from the McCabe portfolio.
