Several judgements of over €100 million against developers are expected this year as the National Asset Management Agency (Nama) gets tough with property players who fail to honour agreements, credit agency Stubbs has predicted.
Already this year, solicitors for Sean Dunne have indicated to Nama that Dunne will consent to summary judgment for €184 million.
Late last year, Nama secured a judgement of €270 million against Ray Grehan.
