Nama debtor inks €45m deal to sell Belfast office block

One of the main debtors of the National Asset Management Agency (Nama) in the North, McAleer & Rushe, has completed a deal to sell a £39 million (€45 million) Belfast office block.

One of the main debtors of the National Asset Management Agency (Nama) in the North, McAleer & Rushe, has completed a deal to sell a £39 million (€45 million) Belfast office block.

The Northern Irish government has bought Invest Northern Ireland's Belfast city centre headquarters by buying shares in holding company Bedford Street Developments for close to the guide price of £40 million.
