Nama backs €5m refurbishment of Northside Shopping Centre

The National Asset Management Agency (Nama) is backing a €5 million refurbishment of a North Dublin shopping centre as the agency continues to provide capital for retail developments. Headland Property Holdings Limited, backed by Nama, is to invest €5 million to refurbish the Northside Shopping Centre in Coolock.
