Nama appoints service providers for IBRC loans it acquires

Nama has selected Certus and a consortium of Pepper Asset Servicing and Serco as the preferred bidders to manage loan portfolios that it may acquire from the special liquidators of IBRC.

In February, the government announced that it would appoint special liquidators to IBRC and that Nama would acquire any loans which were unsold.

The National Asset Management Agency (Nama) has selected Certus and a consortium of Pepper Asset Servicing and Serco as the preferred bidders to manage loan portfolios that it may acquire from the special liquidators of IBRC, the former Anglo Irish Bank.
