The Johnstown Inn in the expanding village of Johnstown near Naas in Co Kildare is to be sold by auction by CBRE Gunne on October 20 and is likely to sell for more than €3 million.

The pub is a landmark on the N7 between Dublin city and Naas, and the surrounding area has seen substantial residential and commercial development in recent years in conjunction with the ongoing improvements to the Naas Road.
