Dublin-based start-up Soundwave is enjoying one of Ireland's biggest recent tech successes after its smartphone application was downloaded more than 200,000 times in 190 countries.

Dublin-based start-up Soundwave is enjoying one of Ireland's biggest recent tech successes after its smartphone application was downloaded more than 200,000 times in 190 countries in just under a month. Last month, the company launched its product at a high-profile event at London's flagship Apple Store with actor Stephen Fry.

The Apple App store also featured Soundwave as one of its 'Editor's Choice'” applications following the launch.
