Lawyers for the Musgrave Group, the €4 billion Irish retail giant, will this week hold a series of consultations with a High Court judge in the multi million euro legal action that it has taken against a former supplier.

Musgrave is suing Kay El, a Hong Kong-based company that provided the Cork retailer with goods used in consumer promotions.
