Gross wins from online gambling at bookmaker Paddy Power’s casino and games business were worth €17.2 million last year, according to the company’s annual report.

Almost 40 per cent of that was generated by Irish online punters, which is good news for Brendan Murray, who was appointed as Paddy Power poker communications manager six months ago.
