Murdoch: "They only had to read Sun editorials"

News Corporation's Rupert Murdoch described as a "myth" the perception that he used the influence of the Sun newspaper to get favourable treatment from political parties.

"I want to put it to bed once and for all, that that is a complete myth … that I used the influence of the Sun or the supposed political power to get favourable treatment," he told the Leveson inquiry.
