Multimillion-euro takeover for Xerox company

A Dublin company that specialises in selling Xerox printers and photocopiers is close to being acquired in a multimillion euro deal, writes Ian Kehoe.

The takeover of 3DXeroxby British firm Xeretec is being finalised this weekend, and is expected to be announced early this week. The two sides have been in talks for a number of weeks in relation to the deal, and agreement is almost complete. 3DXerox,which is based in Santry, north Dublin, is incorporated as Digital Documents Direct.
