Rosemary Quinlan, non-executive director, Ulster Bank.

Ulster Bank has appointed Rosemary Quinlan as a non-executive director.

Quinlan is former deputy country chief executive of HSBC Bank in Ireland, a role she held from 2006 to 2011. She was also previously head of working capital business for central Europe, the Middle East and Africa with Dutch bank ABN AMRO for three years.
