* Claymon Biomnis Laboratories has appointed John O’Sullivan as its managing director.
O’Sullivan has been business development director with the company for the past three years. Before that, he worked for two years as an independent consultant, providing commercialisation advice to third-level campus companies.
* Anthony Savage is the new operations manager of Brook Catering. Savage joins from Maryborough Hotel & Spa in Cork, where he was deputy general manager for two years.
