Movement in the hotels market

Boost is linked to rise in tourist numbers, writes Donal Buckley

As many as 20 Irish hotels have changed hands in the first nine months of this year in deals which were worth a combined €106 million. Since then the pace of activity has accelerated with a further five sales concluded in the last four weeks and a further six gone sale agreed.
