For a lot of my life, I have been running. Not serious, 'Look at my Asics' running, but interstitial moving between tasks running. When I'm at work, I run down the corridors. If I'm not cycling I run to the train station, then I run home. I once cracked a plaster cast on my broken ankle, running up the stairs....
