In my heart, I know the rage is actually a combination of exhaustion, impatience and annoyance at my own stupidity at having bitten off more than I can chew.

Lately, I've been feeling a lot of rage. It storms in out of nowhere and takes over my entire being. At the height of my rage I am Jean Grey, destroying the household with my telepathic turbulence. It's uncontrollable, it's something I don't even want to control. I am enraged.
