Fewer than one in ten women believes they are prepared to maintain their standard of living in retirement, according to research by an investment company.

Fewer than one in ten women believes they are prepared to maintain their standard of living in retirement, according to research by an investment company.

The survey of 1,000 consumers, conducted by market research company iReach for Axa Financial, found that only 11 per cent of people expected to be able to maintain their standard of living in retirement, with this falling to 8 per cent for female respondents.
