Only a quarter of the €373 million held in dormant accounts (savings accounts or insurance policies that have not been used for 15 years) has been reclaimed by owners, according to figures released last week.

Only a quarter of the €373 million held in dormant accounts (savings accounts or insurance policies that have not been used for 15 years) has been reclaimed by owners, according to figures released last week.

The Dormant Accounts Board, which manages money collected from such accounts, will review how this money is spent, according to a tender issued last week.
