There is no guarantee that Mr Justice Michael Moriarty will accept the wishes of the government and opposition parties in relation to how he issues his findings, government sources believe. He is expected to assess any guidance he receives from political leaders at a meeting next Wednesday, but sources say the final decision will still be his.
